IS NEVER AFRAID 7. THREATENS 8. MISBEHAVIOUR AND FIGHTING ALWAYS 9. NOT APOLOGETIC FOR MISTAKES COMMITTED 10.CAUSES DISTURBANCE TO EVERYONE AND EVERYWHERE. 11.NEVER FINISHES WORK GIVEN IN TIME AND IF DONE, IT IS NOT AS REQUIRED 12.PROVOKES AND CHALLENGES LIKE A UNION LEADER. 13.TOTAL DISOBEDIENT AND CARELESS WHY SUCH A BEHAVIOUR 1. IS MISFIT FOR THE JOB 8. IS NOT AFRAID OF ANY AND EVERY SORT OF PUNISHMENT 9. SEARCHES ALL WEAKNESSES OF THE BOSS TO MAKE FUN AND ENCOURAGE PROVOCATION. 10.POSSIBLY HAS LINKS WITH THE LABOUR UNION, POLITICAL PARTY, MINISTERS ETC. 11.HAS LARGE RESOURCES TO LIVE BY AND HAS JOINED THE ORGANISATION TO PASS OFF TIME AND ENJOY 12.IS SURE OF HIS/HER MUSSLES TO ENGAGE IN FIGHT FEARLESSLY 13.BELIEVES HE/SHE IS SUPER INTELLIGENT AND IS NOT BEING REWARDED ENOUGH, EVEN NOT AT ALL. QUESTION ARISES AS TO HOW TO DEAL WITH SUCH PERSONS? 1. JUST IGNORE HIM/HER 2. PUT HIM/HER TO SUCH A JOB WHICH GENERALLY IS TO BE DONE ALONE AND PRACTICALLY NOT IN COMPANY OR TO SUPERVISE OTHERS. 3. PUT HIM/HER BETTER TO SECURITY TYPE WORK. 4. ARRANGE TRANSFER OF POST, TIMINGS, SHIFTS ETC, THROUGH SOME HIGHER UP BOSSES. 5. TO CALL HIM/HER WHAT HE/SHE WANTS AND PROVIDE HIM/HER WHAT HE/SHE WANTS. 6.BELIEVE IN CLEARLY THAT FOR ANY AND EVERY REBUKE OR PUNISHMENT, HE/SHE WILL RETALIATE TO AFFECT THE WORK OF HIS/HER COLLEAGUES AND MAY CAUSE DISRESPECT AND DISOBEDIENCE. 7.MANAGE TO BE SOFT, CONTROL ANGER AND IGNORE HIM/HER AS BEST AS ONE CAN. SELEF INTROSPECTION WHETHER ANGER HAS DONE SOME GOOD, OR THERE COULD BE SOME OTHER MEANS TO CORRECT SUCH PERSONS. 1. ANGER IS SELF DESTRUCTION WHICH IN EXTREMES MAKES ONE TO TREMBLE, ONE LOSES SENSES, TAKES TO SHOUTING AND IN ANGER TAKES ALL PUNITIVE MEASURES POSSIBLE, MOSTLY WRONG ONES. 2.IF SUCH A BEHAVIOUR BECOMES A HABIT, SURELY SOONER OR LATER ONE WILL FALL SICK. 3.IF IT TURNS INTO HABIT, NO ONE WILL BOTHER ABOUT SHOUTING, ADMONISHING, THREATENING ETC. AS IT WILL BE BELIEVED THAT IT IS HIS/HER HABIT TO SHOUT WITH OR WITHOUT REASONS, IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY REASON OR CONSEQUENCES RELATED THERETO. 4.SUCH A HABIT AND/OR BEHAVIOUR COULD AFFECT HIS/HER WORK AS ALSO FAMILY LIFE ON RETURN TO HOUSE RESULTING IN MISBHAVIOUR WITH WIFE AND THE CHILDREN. 5.POSSIBLY SUCH A HABIT MAY AFFECT HIS/HER SLEEP PERHAPS GENERATE FEAR AS WELL OF RETALIATION BY SOMEONE AFFECTED AS SUCH. ADVICE: 1. ANGER IS LIKE FIRE WHICH AFFECTS THE PERSON IN ANGER RATHER THAN THE ONE SHOUTED AT AND/OR REBUKED. 2. BETTER TO LOOK TO THE CAUSES AND CONCENTRATE ON SOLUTIONS. 3. BELIEVE IN IF ANYTHING HAS GONE WRONG, IT IS MY FAULT POSSIBLY I HAVE NOT DONE PROPER SCRUTINY TO TO SELECT THE EMLOYEES ETC AND/OR THE SYSTEMS/ PROCEDURES DEVISED ARE FAULTY AND/OR HAVE BECOME OUTDATED AND REDUNTANT, AND ALL THESE NEED A CHANGE. - BETTER TO COCENTRATE IN LOOKING TO THE CAUSES AND WORKING OUT SOLUTIONS COOL MINDED AND IN FREE TIME. IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO GETTING INTO ANGER. 1. TO BREAK THE EGO OF THE PERSON WHO IS DISOBEDIENT 2. CHECK UP REASONS IN DISCUSSION WITH THE PERSON CONCERNED AS TO WHAT HE/SHE WANTS AND THAT SUCH A BEHAVIOUR WILL AFFECT HIS FUTURE PROGRESS SOONER OR LATER. 3. TO EXPLAIN HOW AND IN WHAT MANNER HIS/HER BAHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDES ARE UNBEARABLE AND ARE HURTING, AND HOW THESE COULD BE CORRECTED, EXHIBITING SINCERITY AND HONESTY IN DEALING AND EXPLANATION THAT THE ADVICE WHICH IS BEING GIVEN TO HIM/HER IS BASED ON HIS/HER EXPERIENCE AND IT IS PURELY IN HIS/HER PERSONAL INTEREST, WHICH CORRECTION WILL HELP HIM/HER TO PROGRESS IN LIFE AS ALSO TO LEAD A HAPPIER FAMILY LIFE.
