OUR DAY STARTS MOSTLY WHEN WE GET UP, WE TAKE TEA/COFFEE TAKE BATH, TAKE HURRIED BREAKFAST, AND RUSH TO OUR WORK OF ROUTINE, MAYBE IT IS WORKPLACE, IT IS BUSINESS, IT IS LEGAL OR SOME OTHER VOCATION 2. DAILY WE REMAIN BUSY IN THIS ROUTINE AND IF EVER FOR SOME REASON GET DELAYED, WE GET ANGRY AND RUSH TO OUR VOCATION AND WORKPLACE IN ANGER AND WITH CONCOTED EXCUSES AND AS A RESULT, TENSION STARTS. 3. TRAVEL, WORKING IN OUR WORKPLACE, GOES ON IN STRESS AND TENSION AND IT IS A DAILY ROUTINE. 4. WORST OF ALL IF SOMEONE IS IN IT ACTIVITIES, HIS/HER LIFE TURNS OUT NOT AS A ROUTINE BUT JUST LIKE A ROBOT, PRACTICALLY WITH NO LIFE, NO SMILE, AT ALL. 5. WHEN WE GET BACK TO HOUSE FULLY TIRED BY TENUOUS WORK IN THEWORKPLACE AND TENSION MOUNTED IN TRAVEL ETC.. 6. FINALLY WHEN WE REACH BACK HOME FULLY CONSUMED, AT TIMES OR IN ROUTINE TAKE SOME DRINK TO RELAX OR TAKE BATH TO REFESH OURSELVES AND THEN GET READY TO TAKE DINNER, BY SHARING AND PARTICIPATING IN HOUSEHOLD AFFAIRS. 7. IF WE ARE IN GOOD MOOD, OR FEEL IT IS ESSENTIAL TO TALK TO CHILDREN AND KNOW AS TO HOW THEY SPENT THEIR WHOLE DAY AND WHETHER ALL WENT WELL 8. SPEND SOME TIME AS HUSBAND AND WIFE TO SUM UP AS TO HOW EACH ONE HAS SPENT HIS/HER DAY AND ALSO ALL WENT WELL OR THERE HAVE BEEN SOME ISSUES. 9. SOON AFTER THIS WE GO TO SLEEP AND IN THE MORNING SAME ROUTE STARTS. THERE IS NO DOUBT SOCIETY AS A SOCIAL BEING AND TO INFUSE SOME JOY AND HAPPINESS HAS CREATED SOME NECESSARY FUNCTIONS TO MEET, CELEBRATE AND ENJOY TOGETHERNESS BY VARIOUS WAYS. IN THIS IN GENERAL CELEBRATIONS CONSIST IN MARRIAGE, GET TO VARIOUS GATHERINGS FOR PRAYERS AND ALSO TO EXCHANGE VIEWS, TO ASSEMBLE IN GAMES, BY GROUPING TO GET TO RESORTS, SIGHT SEEING ETC. ETC. ANSWER IN ORDER TO GET OVER ROUTINE AND MONOTONY, THE ONLY AND BEST ANSWER IS TO TAKE TO DIVERSION, DRIFT AND SHIFT AWAY FROM ROUTINE FOR A WHILE TO GEAR UP WHILE THINKING THAT FATIGUE OR DISGUST DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO WORK AND/OR CONCENTRATE IN WORK.
