SHOULD PARENTS/FATHER DISTRIBUTE THEIR ASSETS TO CHILDREN WHEN ALIVE OR LEAVE THE CHILDREN TO DECID

SHOULD PARENTS/FATHER DISTRIBUTE THEIR ASSETS TO CHILDREN WHEN ALIVE OR LEAVE THE CHILDREN TO DECIDE AFTER THEIR DEMISE, LEAVE A WILL ETC. I still hold the same view as reiterated earlier that PARENTS ESPECIALLY FATHER MUST TAKE THE INITIATIVE AND DISTRIBUTE HIS?THEIR ASSETS WHEN HE/THEY FEEL THAT THEIR CHILDREN ARE ADULT AND MATURE ENOUGH TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAKE THE BEST USE OF THE BUSINESS/ASSETS THEY ARE GIVEN BY PARENTS. Supplement to earlier note, is that distribution must be done when children are adult and mature, but not later than when they reach 40-50 or even earlier so that the children for whom the parents have worked so hard, are able to enjoy the benefit of such assets, whether they grow these, lose these or enjoy these, it is the children's choice, parents need not worry for that as sooner as or later they have/had to give their assets to their children. There might arise some ill-wills, misunderstandings, jealousies etc. the parents/father has to do the best to convince each of his/their decision and even if not persuaded or convinced, he/they must decide to go forward and do the best they can to distribute the assets as early as he/they think it is better to give these away to enable the children to enjoy the benefit, CAUTION must however keep their share to them or a portion of it which they feel is comfortable for them to live and enjoy. tks
